Peanut Butter Glow-Up

Ingredients
1/2 banana 
1 oz granola 
2 oz peanut butter 
2 oz chocolate (milk, dark, white or semi-sweet okay), can be melted or chips
1 6oz crepe (amounts below equal 4 crepes)
- 1 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk, 2% 
- ¼ cup water 
- ⅛ teaspoon salt 
- ½ cup all-purpose flour 
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 
Directions
This recipe is a part of the National Peanut Board's Health Nut Club College Tour.
- Whisk the milk, water, eggs, and salt.
- Gradually whisk in the flour and butter.
- Scoop the batter onto a hot griddle.
- Cook until lightly browned on the bottom.
- Flip and continue cooking until done on both sides.
- Add toppings and enjoy
